Strongly slowed game

Hi everyone, I wanted to report the fact that since last night (09/13/2019) the game has slowed down strongly and it seems that it takes a long time to confirm the actions you take. Example: start an adventure and it opens after more than 15 minutes; collect the collectibles and these are actually collected several minutes later ... I have carried out the usual operations, such as emptying the cache etc. etc. Can you tell me what it can be? and if you already knew about it? Thanks
