evento mondiali bug

non riesco ad aprire le avventure mi compare un errore che mi dice impossibile aprire e di aspettare e riprovare in seguito...
così sono bloccato nell evento

Try clearing the Unity Web Cache (https://forum.thesettlersonline.it/threads/3809). Close the game. Wait for at least 15 minutes. Start the game and look for the event quest in your quest log. If that does not work, please contact our Support team (http://www.thesettlersonline.it/it/aiuto-e-supporto).
