We are aware of the issue with the long loading times. While our team further investigate the cause of this issue, we suggest that you optimize your internet connection when starting the game, such as closing bandwidth-hungry apps (streaming services, etc.) while loading the game and try to use a wired connection as much as you can.

Dear players,

We are aware that some of you have not received a new set of the Easter Event quest this week. We are already looking into this and we will provide an update as soon as possible.

For anyone who did receive a new set of the Easter Event Quests but no Follow-up Quest, you can try logging out for at least 20 minutes. This will force a zone reset in your game and trigger the start of the next Follow-up Quest when you log back in.

Quando è cominciato l'evento ho pensato che dopo tanto tempo finalmente potevamo giocare ad un evento senza problemi.
Tutto sembrava filare liscio, per me.
Poi leggo che alcuni impiegano ore ad entrare, altri addirittura non riescono nemmeno a farlo.
Adesso le nuove missioni che non partono... siamo alle solite.
Che ci siano problemi lo capisco, e ci sono abituato; quello che dà fastidio è che, a parte la solita scusa generica scritta sul forum dal moderatore di turno, non si faccia vivo nessuno a scrivere come stanno veramente le cose.
Cosa fate stavolta per rimediare ? regalate una dimora meravigliosa o un paio di generali ?

Start of Removal Phase: 06.05.2019 11.05.2019 at 10:00 CEST (+5 days)
Complete deactivation: 13.05.2019 at 10:00 CEST

Please note that this extension will result in a shorter Removal Phase (only 2 days!).

Hello,
the Gold-hearted Geologist sometimes refills the endless goldmine, basically wasting the skill on a deposit that doesn't have an actual amount of gold anymore. standard refills can't be applied on endless gold mines (and with good reason I add)

I think Gold-hearted Geologists should only refill mines that can also be refilled with regular refills.

for example, this mine was built before the new geologist came:

after a successful discovery no other mines were refilled and this appeared
