relative to the fix "General Anslem is now correctly effected by the Detailed Star Chart Buff from the Observatory"
I would like to point out that no general is correctly influenced by the observatory, as already reported.

I generali con lo skill "Corso intensivo di navigazione" impiegano lo stesso tempo ad arrivare in avventura, anche con l'osservatorio attivo.
E' così che deve funzionare l'osservatorio ?
Almeno so se devo rimetterlo in stella
